1. Eligibility

This fundraiser is open to verified animal-related non-profit organizations, including rescues, shelters, and advocacy groups operating in the United States.

All participants must register by July 9, 2025, to be eligible.

2. Fundraiser Overview

Participating organizations will earn a donation based on the total number of pet treat bags sold between July 10 and August 10, 2025.

Payout Structure:

• 🥇 1st Place: $5 per bag

• 🥈 2nd Place: $3 per bag

• 🥉 3rd Place: $2 per bag

• 🏅 All others: $1 per bag

Final rankings will be determined by verified sales attributed to each organization and announced on August 16, 2025 (Clear the Shelters Day).

3. Promotion Requirement

As a condition of participation, each organization agrees to:

• 📢 Promote the fundraiser on their social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) a minimum of once per week during the contest period (July 10 – August 10).

• Posts may include links to the fundraiser, images of the treats, or other promotional content provided by Tria Frog Treats.

• Tagging or mentioning Tria Frog Treats (@triafrogtreats) when applicable is encouraged but not required.

This helps ensure visibility and fairness for all participants and maximizes fundraising success for your organization.

4. Sales Tracking

Sales will be tracked through:

• Online orders: Customers must enter the organization’s name at checkout.

• In-store or event orders: Customers must verbally indicate the organization they are supporting.

Tria Frog Treats will maintain records of all qualifying sales.

5. Payouts

Final totals will be announced on August 16, 2025. Payments will be issued within 14 business days via check or direct deposit, depending on the information provided at registration.

6. Agreement

By registering for this fundraiser, your organization agrees to:

• These Terms of Service.

• Make a good faith effort to promote the fundraiser weekly on at least one active social media platform.

• Comply with local and state laws governing fundraising and nonprofit conduct.
